MSCPI’s coconut water comes from one of 2 edible parts in the inner portion of the coconut fruit. The coconut water comes in clear liquid form ready for consumption. The other edible part is the white kernel that is then extracted into coconut milk. Our coconut water has a single strength with a natural average of 4.5–5.5 brix. Our coconut water is processed through either aseptic UHT or retort. With UHT, the product has a shelf-life of 12–18 months at ambient temperatures. Our UHT processed coconut water comes in a 20kg bag in box or 200kg bag in drum sizes. Retort processed coconut water is available in 330mL or 500mL sizes. Millennium Specialty Coco Products, Inc.
