MSCPI’s coconut milk and cream comes from the fresh meat of a mature coconut fruit. Our coconut cream boasts a rich, thick, and smooth milk that has a mild sweet taste of coconut. Our coconut cream has a maximum moisture content of 74% whereas our coconut milk has 87%. This is not to be confused with Coconut Water, which is the clear/transparent juice inside the coconut. Our coconut milk and cream are processed through either aseptic UHT or retort. With UHT, the product has a shelf-life of 12–18 months at ambient temperatures. UHT processed coconut milk and cream has a fat content of 17–19%, 24% and 32%. Our UHT packed coconut milk and cream comes in a 20kg bag in box or 200kg bag in drum sizes. Retort processed coconut milk and cream offers a lower fat content of 5-24% but a higher shelf life of 18-24 months.
